Trego is a small town the sits between Whitefish and Eureka, between Dickey lake and the Tobacco river. Because of some confusion when the railroad stations where put in, the sign for the town of Trego and the sign for Fortine where placed wrong. When everyone relies that the signs were in the wrong towns, all the maps had already been printed and sent out. Since both towns were miss labeled, and the information from the railroad as already out there, they just swapped the names out the towns.
